Electret masterbatch

WM01 special electret masterbatch for meltblown, manufactured using nano electret technology, is specifically designed for the production of polypropylene meltblown nonwoven fabrics. A low addition ratio can significantly enhance the filtration efficiency of polypropylene meltblown nonwoven fabrics. The purpose of electret treatment is to enable the meltblown nonwoven layer to store static electricity, enhancing the depth and density of charge capture energy, making it more effective in adsorbing harmful substances in the air such as droplets, dust, bacteria, viruses, aerosols, etc., thereby improving the filtration efficiency of the meltblown layer.
